I'm so excited for the positive response I've received for this challenge! To date, we have a diverse group of people on board, and about 300 pounds to lose. I think we can do it!
I've been working on a menu for the first week, and will post it as soon as possible, but likely on Wednesday. I'd like to have it up so that if people just want to try out recipes or follow it strictly, it's there before the weekend grocery run. If anyone has any requests, post via comment or email me.
AND--If you have any beef bones or poultry carcasses, save them! They make a delicious stock, which will be a key ingredient in many recipes. More to come soon.

Week 2 - Whole grains

Week 4 - Raw dairy
Week 5 - The microwave
Week 6 - Fats and oils
Week 7 - Cultured and fermented foods
Week 8 - Local and organic produce
Week 9 - Processed foods
